Global pizzas with a local twist

Italian or American? The age-old question of the origin of pizza has troubled many. P Fire Pizza Café in the Greens Village makes a smart attempt at settling the status quo.

Designed with a New York infused theme exuding that ‘raw effect’, this petite pizzeria, offers some of the most creative pies in town. And these are not just any pizzas, they flaunt their flavor with Time Out’s ‘Best Pepperoni’ award and is rated among the ‘Top 5 Pizzas’ by What’s On Dubai.

It’s the perfect example of Italy meets New York! Where else would you find a New York city map framed on the wall?!

If I could, I would definitely eat these everyday, every meal, every minute of my life.
Too much exaggeration I know, but these Garlic Knots at P Fire Pizza Cafe are really that good. These house favorites offer a refreshing change from the usual garlic bread. Plus they’re prepared fresh (just like everything else on their menu), are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and come smothered in a very garlicky butter blend with parsley garnish.
Despite of that wonderful buttery glaze, they don’t really feel so heavy. They’re light and fluffy which makes them a perfect starter. And don’t forget the gorgonzola and blue cheese dip. The use of these unconventional cheeses takes the dip to a whole new level. A must have item, I totally recommend these!

Pepperoni madness goes up a notch at P Fire Pizza Cafe! Voted the ‘Best pepperoni’ by Time Out Dubai, it was only fair that we try out some of their meatilicious goodness. And well, we were really impressed with what we learned.
P Fire imports their pepperoni from America, that’s right, from the US of A. And it’s not the kind of pepperoni that comes with a shelf life of 2 years and stays stocked in the freezer for ages. Their pepperoni is fresh and comes in regularly in smaller batches which is what makes it worthy of an award. Moreover, everything from their cheese and dough to the toppings they use is homemade or locally sourced in small quantities from selected suppliers.
To give us an idea of how fresh their ingredients are, Bryan, the ops manager and background chef at P Fire, told us that he goes shopping for the ingredients thrice a week. So much so that everyone from the butcher to the grocer know exactly how he wants the meats done or the vegetable produce he needs.
Pictured here is a half and half pizza from their signature flavors: –> Hell’s Kitchen on the left with spicy jalapenos & chili flakes as well as the basics of olives and mushrooms.
–> Stube Special on the right comes with a lot of special ingredients. Starting with their specially imported tomato sauce, it is followed by provolone and mozzarella cheese, toppings of homemade Italian sausage, kalamata olives, pepperoni and roasted red peppers, and then garnished with parmesan.

Another half and half from P Fire Pizza Cafe, these interesting signature flavors take your taste buds on a wonderful global exploration.
A local Dubai classic, The Palm pizza on the left features an olive oil base and is topped with a contemporary combination of cured bresaola and sweet dates in addition to rosemary, gorgonzola and a balsamic glaze. This sweet savory flavor is sure to make you fall in love with the pizza.
P Fire Primo on the right, their house special pie is truly a vegetarian’s delight. Starting with a garlicky base, it is topped with mushrooms, kalamata olives, parsley and fresh yellow tomatoes along with a combination of mozzarella, fontina and goat cheese. So cheesy, so delicious.
The pizza flavors at P Fire really stand out, thanks to their creative ingredients. The pizzeria also comes up with monthly specials and experiments with new flavors, all designed to please your palate. So if you are around Greens or stay in their delivery zone, you better get yourself one of these. You won’t regret. Home delivering 75% of their daily orders, these guys are definitely doing something right.

Nothing beats the deliciousness of a lava cake. The P Fire version of this decadent dessert – Suzie’s Lava Cake – comes freshly baked with a creamy gooey center. Offering the perfect sweet ending to a pizzalicious meal, this scrumptious delight is served with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.
If you are not a chocolate person, you can also try their house favorite Michele’s Apple Pie that’s prepared fresh with apples and cinnamon spices on a fresh homemade crust.
