That’s how I made it – Accordion Potatoes

In my attempt to try out some contemporary yet simple recipes off the web, I came across one for Accordion Potatoes. Apart from looking absolutely crafty (a masterpiece if I may), it is really simple to bake, delicious to eat and wholesome to say the least. Plus you get to add your favourite spices and herbs.

Make thin slices on a large potato making sure you don’t slice all the way through. Add some paprika, rosemary, oregano, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and any other spices you wish to in-between the slices. Bake it in the over on 200 degree Centigrade for about 1 hour or until crisp.

Eat hot!
