Poke, a Hawaiian favorite, has received a lot of thumbs up in an accepting multicultural and foodie haven city like Dubai, but for someone like me, who doesn’t really enjoy fish, leave alone raw fish, the options to try out Poke become very limited. Thanks for Poke & Co. then, for their incredible variety, various protein choices (including vegetarian) and the option to customize your bowl to your liking.
I ordered my tropical themed lunch from this trio concept restaurant last week, and for my Poke bowl, I chose CHICKEN GONE WILD.
My poke bowl came with a base of brown rice and lettuce, and was topped with chunks of boneless chicken, avocado and beetroot, in addition to sweetcorn, carrots spring onions and sprouts. This was garnished with coriander and crispy onions and served with a side of sesame ponzu dressing.

What I loved the most about this bowl was the freshness of the ingredients, the generous quantity of every single element in the bowl and the attention given to the packaging to make sure it is suitable for the food. This one came with an ice bag attached to it to maintain the freshness.
