Verdict
You won’t really know it’s a cauliflower crust. In fact, it tastes more like cauliflower paratha (gobi paratha), and definitely much lighter, thanks to its thin texture.

The cauliflower crust pizza, very obviously put uses a mix of cauliflower with flour for its base. So while the crust isn’t entirely flour free, it is comparatively lighter and thinner to any other full flour crust. The best part is that this crust can be paired with any toppings from their menu. The toppings at Freedom Pizza have always amazed me and it feels good to see they have options for all food lovers right from hardcore omnivores to vegans.
