Pinza pizzas don’t just taste good. They are the healthiest, lightest, crispiest most wholesome ones out there. How else could I have managed to eat 4 pieces and still feel sane?

The home-grown Pinza uses a unique blend of 4 different GMO & chemical free imported Italian flour for their crust. First comes naturally dried sourdough with minimal yeast. Then there’s the low calorie soy flour & special fiber mix. This is followed by rice flour which gives the Pinza a beautiful golden color and lots of crunch. And of course, there’s the highest quality whole wheat flour which adds a traditional touch. The dough is hand-kneaded and baked to a perfect thickness, which makes it crisp and crunchy around the edges, light and fluffly in the middle.

To make their crusts extremely light, and to make sure you don’t feel bloated, Pinza uses an 80:20 water and flour ratio, with absolutely no fats! Also, the minimal yeast used is allowed to fully ferment over a period of 30 hours. Moreover, everything is prepared at a central kitchen at Business Bay to keep the quality consistent.

Perfectly spicy with masala, onions & chutney, the chicken stands out in this Pinza. Comes with jalapenos for that spicy kick.

Truffle Goodness

Ooh La La! This one pairs the handsome Truffle Cream with its lady love Portobello mushrooms. My life just got better after this Pinza.

Spizy

The Wagyu sausage, caramelized onions and Portobello mushrooms give it a completely rustic feel. I’d definitely add more chili flakes though.
