Cajun Prawns Wrap
To start my indulgence, I dug into this hearty Cajun Prawns Wrap. Stuffed with a generous amount of juicy old bay shrimps, this South American styled tortilla wrap wss enhanced with coleslaw, avocado, tomato, cucumber and cilantro. Not only was it so wholesome, but every ingredient – from the prawns to the vegetables and even the tortilla itself, was so fresh, you could feel it’s flavor in every bite.
Honestly, one wrap is super filling, but if you’re complementing it with a salad or another wrap, then make sure you have someone who’ll eat the other half.

Coco Boost Smoothie & Orange Galore Cold Pressed Juice
There’s nothing like sipping on a soothing smoothie and a refreshing juice. I chose these two from Richy’s for their unique blend of ingredients.
The Coco Boost Smoothie on the left came with my favorite ingredient – coconut milk, pureed with bananas, mangoes and flax seeds. With a creamy texture and a smooth fruity taste, this one makes a good midday snack. The Orange Galore Cold Pressed Juice to the right was just perfect for rehydrating my tired body without adding any sugar or artificial elements that otherwise packed juices would do. This juice came with an invigorating blend of peach, orange and carrot infused with hibiscus tea. So lovely isn’t it?!
They also offer freshly squeezed orange, apple and watermelon lemon juices. And there’s vegetable based cold pressed juices as well as peach, berry and banana smoothies. You are sure to be spoilt for choice. So maybe try one of each, or all!
Crispy Sombrero Salad
There’s nothing like a good salad. So I saved the best for the last. Salads are what Richy’s is famous for and this is one of their signature offerings.
The Crispy Sombrero Salad starts with a base of iceberg which is followed by a whole lot of goodness. The hearty ingredients that go into this salad include avocado, black beans, cilantro, corn, roasted peppers, green onions and cheddar. Then there’s the protein rich grilled chicken in a very generous quantity.
This Mexican inspired salad is served with crispy tortilla chips on the side and a portion of Chimichurri sauce dressing. Spicy, crunchy, creamy, healthy – it’s the all in one you would want for a filing lunch or dinner.
