Avo and Co.
What’s not to love about avocados on toast? It’s the most simple yet most versatile item you can eat. Plus, it’s healthy, filling, and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And the best part about all this is that Avo & Co. makes this simple dish super exciting with their colorful topping choices and flavors.
I ordered my tropical themed lunch from this trio concept restaurant last week, and for my Avo toast, I chose THE MEXICAN AVO.
My toast came with a base of brown sourdough bread slathered with creamy avo mash, and dotted with red onions, tomatoes, sweetcorn and cotija cheese. It was garnished with coriander and served with half a lime on the side.

What I loved the most about this avo toast was the freshness of the ingredients, the variety of different toppings on the toast and the neat manner in which it was packed and delivered upright.
